      Frankie was great to work with for home buying. He loved our roughly 1 yr old and was always ready to hold her/watch her while we did walk throughs and home visits. It is/was also a really tough market when we were looking, so we had a lot of questions, a lot of "wants" that kept changing week to week, and our budget was also evolving as we realized how tough the market was. We never felt pushed or coerced when it came to putting in offers, but he of course shared his professional guidance and recommendations. We even had an incident early in the search where our offer was accepted but we realized it wasn't the right home for us and we backed out. He did not make us feel like bad clients, or like we made a mistake. He of course wanted to make sure we didn't regret backing out, but once we confirmed, he was still right with us continuing the home search. He also had great recommendations for other professionals such as home inspector, contractor, electrician, HVAC, etc
